The
Red Raiders are comprised of players from
across the El Paso area. Originally based out of Anthony,
New Mexico, the founders of the organization - Roger and
Tammy Huerta believe in the fundamentals of softball and
building character along with skills. With this belief and
hard work, every girl who desires to play college softball
will be capable with hard work and dedication of earning a
scholarship.
The goal of our team is to provide a safe and productive
environment that enables players to learn and apply the
principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication and
sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and
character in every player that participates in our
organization. The Red Raiders Softball Teams promote and
operate fast pitch softball programs for girls that want to
participate in the West side and Canutillo Leagues.
The purpose is to offer a quality softball team and
opportunity to players that wish to play at a competitive
level and are willing to put forth the effort to improve
their skills throughout the year.
The Red Raiders participate in fast pitch softball leagues in the Fall, Spring and Summer for girls in the following age groups: 12U and 15U. Players are placed into age groups according to the age they were on January 1 of the current year and skill level.
